if a quit claim deed has a nortary stamp, and the dates are different , is it still valid, my grandmother signed document on november 21, 1983, and the notary stamp is states witness on november 24, is the quit claim document valid. my grandmother was very ill and going through extreme treatment for cancer.
Hi Lupe!

Welcome to forums!

The dates can be different. As far as I know, it won't make the deed illegal. The deed will be considered as valid.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Since the notary stamp was given at a future date than the date on which your grandmother signed the document, I don't think that will make the deed invalid.
