i need to file chapter 7 bankrupty, and been awarded my home in the divorce, but my ex refuses to sign quit claim deed. is there a way to resolve this problem, and what will happen if i file bankruptcy with his name still on the deed of my home?

as you're filing bankruptcy, it won't be a good option to sell off the property now. it may be considered as fraudulent by the bankruptcy court and you can be penalized for it. you can file bankruptcy with your ex's name on the deed. this will not affect him as he is not filing bankruptcy jointly with you.

As you mentioned that you have been awarded the home in the divorce I would suggest you to consult with your divorce attorney and let him know that your ex-husband is not signing the quitclaim deed. He will let you know what to do. About filing bankruptcy, I would suggest you not to sell off the property now. First you file bankruptcy the later on decide about that.
