My father recently found that his family's cemetery plots had a quick claim deed and he may no longer have a spot. What can he do?
Hi Guest,
If the property has been transferred to someone else, then I don't think your father will be able to use that property any more. If he wants to use it, then he will have to take the permission of the new owner.
Thanks.

Hi,
It is not clear as you have not mentioned clearly whether the plot was originally under your father's name or not? If the plot was under your father's name then he can consult with a good lawyer to prove it. And in that case I think no one can quit claim and transfer the plot without his permission. In case your father is not the original owner of the property then the owner can sign a quitclaim and remove your father's name from the plot.
Consult with a good attorney to know the best option for you.
