my father and mother whom pastaway in2008 quitclaim deed the house over to me in 2004 and now after all the years i been paying the tax,s and up keep of the house ,my father now wants it back can he get it back
Hi hospod,

Unless you transfer the property to your father's name, he won't be able to claim ownership rights to the property. Moreover, your father cannot force you to sign the property deed back in his name. If he does so, you can take legal actions against him.
