is my name still in the title after file quick deed claim?will i get bad credit?i have 2nd morgate can still do quick deed claim?
Welcome happyday,

If you have already signed a quitclaim deed and transferred the property to someone else, then the property won't be in your name. However, if there is a mortgage on the property, then it might be a bit difficult for you to transfer the property. The lender may ask the new owner to refinance the mortgage in his/her name at the time of property transfer.
