help on filling out a quit claims deed in Oklahoma

Posted on: 27th Jan, 2014 05:09 pm
I need help on filling out a quit claims deed for Oklahoma. I cannot afford an attorney.
Hi trish!

Welcome to the forums!

You will have to mention your name as the grantor of the deed and the name of the new owner as the grantee of the deed. You will also have to mention the property address in the deed and may require notarization and signature of the witnesses.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi trish,

It will be better if you could somehow manage to take help of a real estate attorney in this regard.

Thanks
