Ok after looking at so much baloney... Can you please tell me if I am correct in how my husband can add my name to the title of his property purchased prior to our marriage.

Grantor: Him

Grantee: His Name My Name as joint tenants with right of survivorship.

Legal description etc.....

The idea here is he doesn't want to give me the property without his name remaining on title... So would filling out the form be correct as stated above? Thanks and it has been hell finding out exactly how to do this without having to pay a lawyer.
