Someone falsified my signature on a quitclaim deed and deeded my house to my deceased parents. I do not know who signed my name on the deed. The Clerk's Office recorded the deed and removed my name as the owner of the house. How can I get my ownership restored to me?
You need to get an attonry and contest this in the court
If no one else is claimign the property, ti may be easy. And as you said that they have quit claimed the house to yoru decesed parents, there shoudl not be much diffcult in convertign that to yoru name

Hi Cardan,
As your parents are deceased now, you can file an affidavit of heirship and transfer the property in your name. The affidavit of heirship needs to be filed at the county recorder's office.
