I would like to know how can I get my name off a mortgage that my ex is paying and is the coborrow?Also in the divorce papers it states that the deed was giving to her??

You will have to ask your ex to refinance the mortgage in his/her name. This will make that person solely liable for the mortgage and your name will be removed from the mortgage docs. You can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to your ex.

You will have to refinance. It's simple but, your ex will have to willing to sign docs and be able to get approved by herself.
