I have land that I want to donate to the church. I want to know can I use a quitclaim deed.

i have to disagree with smithsussane in that i don't know of any reason you would be prevented from transferring property to a church. i don't disagree with her suggestion of consulting with an attorney; but i'm fairly certain you can quit claim as you wish.
