when a grantee on a quit claim deed is single at execution but gets married and is now the grantor quit claiming the property to someone else. how should she be listed? should you use the married name then aka the single name
It would be wise to take the help of an attorney in such case.

As the property is in her maiden name, then she should first write her maiden name as the grantor. Then she can include her married name as well. Contacting an attorney is definitely a better option.
