If I am withdrawing my name frmo property that is owned by several people do I have to list everyone as grantees adn how do I do that on the form?
Hi charlenekosegi,

Welcome to the forums.

If you are withdrawing your name from the quitclaim form, then you'll be the grantor. This is because you'll be conveying your property interest to the others. So, yes, others will be listed as the grantees or may be if you transfer your share to a particular person then he/she can be the listed as the only grantee. I guess it's better if you ask your attorney to help you on how to list the grantees.

In case you'd like to check out a sample quit claim form approved by different states, refer to http://www.mortgagefit.com/predeal/quitclaim-stateforms.html .
