what if the grantor lives in another country
Hi JOE,
If the grantor lives in another country, then the real estate attorney will have to send the quit claim deed to him or her through post and he or she would sign it and return it to the attorney via post. Nevertheless, it would be a better option to contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
Thanks
