When 'we' purchased this home, we were not married, Now we are and I want to change to my married name and add my daughters name as well - I have a quitclaim deed for in front of me -How do I do this?
Hi jeanne!

Welcome to forums!

You can write your unmarried name and your husband's name as the grantor of the property. In place of the grantee, you can write your married name, your husband's name as well as your daughter's name. Once the deed is filled out properly, you will have to notarize it and record it at the county recorder's office.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
