in a proceeds of sale i am reading it says two people were omitted as heirs because of quit claim deed executed and dellivered to said person. could you explain what might have happened here?
Hi lee,
As far as I can understand, the two people, who were omitted as heirs, signed a quitclaim deed in the favor of the person who is selling you the property. By signing a quitclaim deed in favor of the said person, they gave up their ownership of the property to the said person. Those two people, thus, have no rights to the property any more.
Thanks.
