my home is bought and paid for, i signed my boyfriend at the time on the the warranty deed of my house. now things are horrible, and he wont leave or sign the quit claim deed. what can i legally do to have his name removed?
I would contact an attorney or Eviction / unlawful detainer attorney for help on this. Since he is a legal owner of the property, you cant just get him out of the house unless he agrees and signs off his portion of the deed. Good luck

Unless he signs the deed, it will be difficult for you to remove his name from the property deed. As Chris has suggested, you should get in touch with an eviction attorney in this regard.
