Mom needs to transfer property from just her name into son and wifes name along with mom as joint tenants with right of survivorship. Mom is in hospice care.
can just one QC be done?
Yes, your mom can do the transfer using a quitclaim deed.

hello,

your mother can always do that with a quit claim deed. she, as the grantor of the property, has to keep her name as a grantee as well, along with the names of the other grantees i.e. her son and his wife.
