quit claim deed

my husband and i own a house together, his father owned the house out right for years after his wife died, we purchased it from the father, brother and sister. we still make pmts to the siblings but the father passed away. both of our names are on the title, i want to move and want my name off the title, can a quit deed claim accomplish this prior to the divorce? i dont have the finances to file at this time, but want out of the house and my name off the title.
Hi kellycook!

Welcome to forums!

You can sign a quitclaim deed in your husband's name and transfer the property to him. This will help you in removing your name from the deed.
