My Dad quitclaimed his house to me and my 2 sisters. How do I quitclaim my part over to my son.
Hi PPP,
You can sign a new quitclaim deed in order to get the property transferred to your son. You can even contact a real estate attorney and he will be able to help you further in this regard.
Thanks

Welcome PPP,
I agree with what James has said. You should contact a real estate attorney and take his guidance in this matter. He will help you draft the deed to transfer the property to your son.
