Quit Claim Deed

My husband wants to add my name on the title to the property located at 221 Mystic Falls Dr. The City clerk requested we filed a Quit Claims Deed. Need to know which is the proper form to use? Looking at the various forms, seems confusing. Can you help? elba schmitt
Hi Guest,

I guess there's a mortgage on the property. In that case, as the city clerk has suggested, your husband needs to sign a quit claim deed in order to add your name to the property. Your husband can get in touch with a real estate attorney and get the deed form drafted.

Thanks
