I just inherited several pieces of property. I have had my husband sign a quitclaim deed against all of them. I will retain full intrest in the property if and when I divorce him correct?
What state are you in? You should speak with real estate attorney to confirm what spousal rights your state or the state that the property is located in, may recognize so if you need something additional, he'll be able to point you in the right direction.
