Can I quuit claim deed my name off the house title if we are legaly married still?

my wife and i are planning on ending our marriage in a frienly way. we allredy had refinanced the house and my name is not longer on the mortgage, but my name is in the title still.
now i am looking to barrow money from my 401k for a down payment on a house that will be my place, but to do this i am being ask for my name out the title.
is this a situacion were i could quit claim deed my name out of the title? or do i have to be legaly divorce to do this?

I suppose you should sign an interspousal deed and give away your share of interest to your wife. Know how interspousal deed works .

you can certainly transfer your interest in the property to your spouse without the need for termination of the marriage.
