quitclaim deed or interspousal transfer what to do to remove my husbands name from title...i bought a house in houston last june my husband didnt want his name on the title however it was put on it. now he insisted he want it removed, how do i do this? he just migrated here from another country i paid for this house by myself thats why he really want his name removed. thanks janthony
