hi, my wife recently added me to the deed on her condo property by filling a quit claim deed. what are my rights? can she rent out her condo and evict me from the property without letting me know? what rights do i have as someone on the quit claim deed as a joint grantee.

If you are added to the property, you are one of the owners of that property. If your wife wants to rent the property or sell it off, she will have to take your consent in that regard.
