Can a judge void a quit claim deed?

can a judge void a quit claim deed that has been notarized and witnessed? our mother quit claim deeded her inherited property to my sister and i prior to an eminent domain hearing. the judge stated that we were not parties to the prodeeding and made the award community property of our mother and father and awarded him half of the award though they have been physically separated for 13 years. we were initially listed as owners during the proceeding but were removed by the judge. the judge stated that he doubted that she understood what she was doing. she has not been ruled incompetent. this was against here will.
Well looks like Judge can over rule the quit claim deed

If you need to contest then you need to go to court again
