can you quick deed land to someone when you know you are about to be sued? if so what would the consequences be if any.....please, thank you
can you quick deed land to your family member or some else when you know you are about to get sued? if yes what would the consequences be if any......please and thank you....
I would ask an attorney - my guess which is just that since I am not an attorney, is that they could trace the transsaction and a good lawyer could convince a judge that it was a desperate attempt to hide assetts. In which case a judge could possibly allow them to go after that land.
