I would like to buy land from a friend. the property is land locked. The only egress to the property is a piece of land that he put a quick claim deed in on. He sayes he can grant me a easement. Will I have any problems after I build a house and look for bank mortage.

An easement for access to the property should not affect title or a mortgage.
