do i have to get a lawyer to do a quick claim deed or can i fill out paper work myself? and have it notarized
Hi balessonya!
Welcome to forums!
It is always better to contact an attorney and get the quitclaim deed drafted from him. However, if you do not want to contact a lawyer, then you can use the sample quitclaim deed forms available online.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
