my sister inlaw is listed on a deed of a two family home. She is the party of the first part.
My wife is party of the second part.We do not want any interest in this property.
Welcome johnnymay,

Your wife will have to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to your sister-in-law. It is better to contact a real estate attorney and get the deed drafted from him.
