If you have signed a Quit Claim Deed in a Legal Separation, does the property come back to me after my husbands death?

my husband told me if i didn't agree to let him get a legal separation he would file for a divorce. he also included me having to sign a quit claim deed for our home. he died a few weeks ago. he has specified in a will for his estate that the house be given to my sons. do i have a claim on the home since we have been married for 55 years of which we lived together 39 of those years, before the legal separation?
Hi arwinvestments!

Welcome to forums!

As your husband has left a will, then it would be probated and the property will be divided amongst the heirs as per the will. If your name is not mentioned on the will as one of the beneficiaries, you won't be able to claim any share from the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
