If own a piece of property want to transfer or quick deed into my son name.Not able to pay taxes or keep up property due to finance and health reason. There a lien on the property from credit card can it still be quick deeded over or does the lien has to be satisfied first.

Though there is a lien on the property, you may be able to transfer the property to your son but the lien will remain on the property and you or your son will have to pay it off.
