Hi memewon,
I haven't heard of life time rights deed. But you can add life estate clause to a quitclaim deed. "Can a Quit Claim Deed state that the 1st owner can have life time rights as long as they are not put into a home by the state. " This can be done. The life estate clause can be drafted by the real estate attorney when the grantor and grantee agree to it. A property transfer with life time rights will be a good option.
Thanks
