MOBILE HOME AWARDED TO SPOUSE DURING A DIVORCE AND THE LAND IT IS ON. THE HOME WAS LISTED AS PERSONAL PROPERTY.
THE DIVORCE MENTIONS PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS, BUT NOT SPECIFICALLY THE HOME.
NOW COUNTY SAYS TAXES HAVEN'T BEEN PAID ON HOME AND COMING AFTER ME TO PAY SINCE IT WAS IN MY NAME. NO MONEY OWED ON A MORTGAGE

Hi man,
Welcome to mortgage fit,
If you are still on the deed then it is your responsibility to pay the taxes and if you wish to transfer the property to your ex-spouse then you need to quitclaim the property to your ex-spouse and get it notarized in local county office in order to get relieve from paying taxes henceforth.
