Can I leave the amount of money consideration in blank if is a gift?...If I want to give my house as a gift to my brother (who both of us is on the deed), can I leave blank the part that asks the amount of money that should be paid to me? or do I have to have a minimum amount of money there? if so, what's the minimum?
Hi quel!

Welcome to forums!

As far as I know, you cannot leave the part that asks the amount of money that should be paid to you blank. You will have to write at least a minimum amount of money there. You can even write $1 in that column.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
