My Mother quick claimed some property to me, 5 years later she is claiming she never gave it to me as our names are the same. I have original deed and a recording of them giving the property. She wrote anna and a in the discription disserning the two. What do I do?
Since you have the necessary documents with you, there is no need for you to worry about what your mother has to say. However, you should consult a real estate attorney regarding your future course of action.

This is one reason deeds are notarized. Contact the notary and get the information on how she proved her identity. In any event, if you recorded the deed and are in possession of the property, it is up to her to go to court and get title.
