Name on deed

When I bought my house I wanted both mine and my Son's name on it. Unfortunately, they just have the house in his name. Can I do a quickcliam to have mine put on also, or changed to just myself.
Hi cbuczynski!

Welcome to forums!

Your son will have to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name to the property deed. He can hire an attorney to draft the deed or take hold of the sample quitclaim deed forms available online. Once this the deed is filled out, you will have to notarize and record it at the county recorder's office.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
