hi i have a question? how can the owner of a house and 2 family members be on a quit claim deed? if the owner never signed the quit claim deed if they were out of town and what excatly does this kinda quit claim deed mean iam trying to find out could you email me back thank you ronald j millsaps.

If a person's name is mentioned on the quit claim deed, it means he or she is one of the owners of the property.
The present owner of the property must have signed a quit claim deed and added the other two persons on the property deed.
