I have purchased a timeshare in Florida. When I paid for it, I had another person's name added to the deed. How do I now get their name removed?
Hi,
The persons you've added to the title are now co-owners of the timeshare. They have legal rights to the property as much as you have. You cannot get their names removed from the timeshare title until they sign over their property interest to you. If they are willing, you can get a quit claim deed signed by them to have the title only in your name.
