hello, do you have to have an attorney if you are doing either a quit deed or a warranty deed? is a notary suffice to make it legal without attorneys? my state is mississipppi. thanks! bct
Hi bct

You can take the help of an attorney to draft the quitclaim deed for you. When the deed is filled out properly, you will need a notary to notarize it and then you should record it at the county recorder's office.

Thanks.
