a rent 2 own listing in craigs list sacramento offers preforclosed listings heres the deal......................pay 69.00 .....rec listings addresses etc..............pay the delin. amt owed (im told not to exceed 3 mo mortgage payment) ................house is already vacant..................owner to quit claim deed to new person................................new party files and takes need tile deed to bank to rec keys.....then new party makes payments monthly to mortgage co without any qualifying................................is this possible
some clown is making a fortune with those ads, i'm sure. there's no way you can pay $69 + 3 months' payments and take rightful ownership of someone's house.
