Hello,
You can talk to your father's girlfriend to find out what type of deed is that. Or else, you can talk to your father's attorney regarding this. He may help you to find whether the deed has joint tenancy or tenants in common.
Consult an attorney for further advice.

Hi,
The best thing that you can do is that, contact to an attorney and make him clear your situation. He is the best person to help you out.

If your dad sighned the home over to girlfriend it means she owns it as far as anything else is concerned without a will it will be up for grabs but if its not worth it then there is nothing you can do about it.
well the deed states both their names on it it does not say joint or in common on the deed the names are seperate nad she does not live there.
it was deeded from him (his name ) to john **** and accrossfrom than is her name .
Hi,
In that case I think, she owns the property.
