if the quit claim deed is not recorded, is it still legal?
Welcome Guest,
As far as I know, if the quit claim deed is not recorded at the county recorder's office, then it won't be considered as valid. However, state laws may differ. You can contact a real estate attorney based in your state and take his opinion in this regard.
