Hi Urszula!
Welcome to forums!
The grantor of the property will have to take the property deed to the notary public. The notary public will watch the person sign the deed and then put his signatures and stamp it. In this way, the notary public verifies that the signature on the deed is genuine. Thus, you will have to contact the notary public in order to get it notarized.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
