notarized deeds
Hi,
The query you have posted in the forum is not very clear. However from the title of the query, it seems you want to know whether or not a deed signed in front of a notary is void.
Well, for a quitclaim deed to be valid, it needs to be signed and stamped by a notary public, without which the deed will not be recognized as legal and valid.
Any further query is always welcome.
Be cheerful & keep smiling.

Hi gabriella,
Things may vary as per your state laws. You should contact your attorney and try to clarify the whole matter. Also, if you feel that you have been scammed, then you can take steps to reverse the deed with the help of the attorney.
Thanks

It is really important to be sure that the will is notarized by a lawyer to make it legal. You ca create your own will and just get it notarized by a lawyer if you are thinking of the fee to pay.
