I went to the register of deeds offfice to quit claim some property from one of my organizations to another. As trustee of both, I signed as affiant and grantee. The bank only put one seal under the grantee area. The register of deeds employee said that she should have notarized both signatures. Both signatures were mine.
I showed my ID and was finger printed. The document was recorded in the banks journal and I signed it.

Hi pkking,
If the document has been recorded at the county recorder's office, then the property transfer is valid and I don't think you will face any issues regarding it. However, if you wish, you can contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
Thanks
