My Father and I bought a house together. We used his name to get the loan for the better interest rate. He made the down payment and i've made the monthly payments and paid the taxes. He is getting older and keeps having mini strokes. In case he has to go to a nursing home we was wondering if he could quit claim me the deed so that i won't lose the house.
