My father is buying a home and wants to put me on title. I will live in the home as primary resident. My father will continue to live in his own apartment. Can we do this and still have residence considered owner occupied. I will not be on the mortgage but only on title possibly. I want to avoid any issues.
Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

If your name is mentioned on the property deed and if you live in the property, then the property will be considered as owner occupied.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
