HI....MY MOM HAS PAST AND I JUST FOUND SOME PAPER WORK FOR THE DEED TO HER HOME.....I NEED TO KNOW WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO DO A QUICK CLAIM DEED, SO THAT I CAN TURN ALL BILLS OVER TO MY NAME AND REMAIN IN THE HOME.....I HAVE ALWAYS PAID THE TAXES ON HER HOME, BUT NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT GETTING MY NAME ON THE DEED....I GUESS, BECAUSE I JUST THOUGHT THAT WE WOULD DO IT SOONER OR LATER......NOW THAT SHE IS GONE, AND THEIR WAS NO WILL(BECAUSE SHE REALLY HAD NOTHING, BUT THE HOME AND HER CAR)., I NEED TO KNOW WHAT DOES THE QUICK CLAIM DEED CONSISIT OF DOING.......

As your mother is deceased, you won't be able to use a quit claim deed to get the property transferred in your name. You need to contact the county recorder's office and file an affidavit of heirship in order to get the property transferred in your name.
