My brother has property and he wants to a quick claim deed for his one house to me and still he is paying its mortgage. After transferring that property to me and if i continue paying mortgage which will remain on his name. Will i get tax return benifits?
Your Brothers mortgage will become due and payable immediately if he Quit Claims the property to you. His mortgage note says he's not allowed to do that.
