my mother is in an alzheimer's facility and my brother and i would like to transfer the title to her paid-off condo into my name in order to pay some of her bills. we have power of attorney for all her banking, real estate, and health issues. is a quit claim deed what i need and how would i go about doing this. thank you.
Hi Kriek!

Welcome to forums!

As you've a power of attorney on your mother's behalf, you will be able to use a quit claim deed and get the property transferred in your name. You can contact an attorney and get the quit claim deed drafted from him. He will guide you to fill out the deed and record it at the county recorder's office.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
